We respect the intellectual property rights of content owners and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, and to terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Important: iptvheat is a service provider. We do not host or control third‑party copyrighted works. Channel availability and sources may change. We act on properly formatted notices as described below.
1) Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe content accessible via our Service infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA Notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (DMCA § 512(c)(3)):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works at a single online location are covered by one notice.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., specific channel name, country/region, program title, stream identifier/URL, date/time and time zone when you observed the infringement, screenshots if available).
- Contact information for the complaining party: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good‑faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Tips for faster handling: Include exact channel names, EPG title, program timestamps, and the device/app used to access the stream. If your content is licensed to specific territories, identify the licensed regions and windows.
2) Our Response to Proper Notices
Upon receipt of a compliant DMCA Notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt to the complaining party (when contact details are provided).
- Investigate and act promptly, which may include disabling access to or removing the allegedly infringing material/source, blocking specific endpoints, and/or suspending accounts involved.
- Notify the affected user (when identifiable) that we have removed or disabled access to the material, and provide information about filing a counter‑notification where appropriate.
We may decline to act on notices that are incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted to the wrong recipient.
3) Submitting a Counter‑Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or access to it disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter‑Notification with our Designated Agent. Your Counter‑Notification must include (DMCA § 512(g)(3)):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid Counter‑Notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days, unless our Designated Agent receives notice that the complaining party has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
4) Repeat Infringer Policy
In appropriate circumstances, and at our discretion, we may terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for other violations of our Terms of Service.
5) Subpoenas and Requests from Authorities
We may respond to lawful requests, court orders, or subpoenas seeking information sufficient to identify an alleged infringer consistent with 17 U.S.C. § 512(h) and other applicable laws.
6) Standard Technical Measures
We accommodate and do not interfere with standard technical measures (as defined by the DMCA) used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, where such measures do not impose substantial burdens on our systems.
7) Misuse of the DMCA
Submitting false claims may result in legal consequences. Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing (or was removed by mistake) may expose the submitting party to damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
8) Non‑U.S. Rights Holders
If you are outside the United States, you may still use this process. Your notice should contain the elements listed in Section 1. Where local notice‑and‑takedown laws apply, we will endeavor to respond consistently with those laws.
9) Updates to This Policy
We may modify this DMCA Policy from time to time. We will post changes with an updated Effective date. Material changes may also be communicated via email or within the Service.
