    2. identification of the copyrighted work(s);
    3. the exact location/URL, channel or stream identifier, and date/time (with time zone) where you observed the material;
    4. a statement of good‑faith belief that the use is not authorized; and
    5. a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner.
  • DMCA (U.S. notices): If you are submitting a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act, please see our DMCA Policy for the required elements and process. You may still email iptvheat.inc@gmail.com if you need assistance.
  • Counter‑notifications: If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, follow the counter‑notice steps in our DMCA Policy.

5) Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by iptvheat or its licensors. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

6) Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice periodically. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Notice.
