This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes rules that apply to anyone who accesses or uses iptvheat websites, apps, APIs, accounts, or IPTV streaming services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1) Key Definitions
- Account/Credentials: Your login (M3U URL and/or Xtream Codes) issued by iptvheat.
- Device: Any hardware or app you use to access the Service (e.g., smart TV, Android box, phone, tablet, PC, player apps such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC).
- Concurrent Connections: The number of streams your plan allows at the same time.
2) General Principles
- Use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and for private, non‑commercial viewing within the limits of your plan.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account.
- We may use automated protection (e.g., connection counters, anomaly detection, IP/device checks) to secure the Service and enforce this AUP. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3) Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Infringe rights: Copy, record, restream, rebroadcast, retransmit, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit streams or Content; remove or bypass DRM, watermarks, or access controls.
- Share/Resell accounts: Sell, rent, transfer, or share credentials beyond your plan’s allowed concurrent connections; operate credential pools or multi‑household sharing.
- Circumvent territorial rules: Bypass, or attempt to bypass, geographic restrictions or licensing limitations. (A VPN may be used only to mitigate unjustified ISP throttling/blocks where legally permitted, and not to access content outside your authorized territory.)
- Abuse networks or security: Probe/scan ports, DDoS, overload, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or stream; reverse engineer APIs or software; use bots/scrapers to harvest playlists, EPG, or metadata.
- Distribute malware or unlawful content: Transmit viruses, malicious code, or content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third‑party rights.
- Payment/fraud abuse: Use stolen payment methods; file fraudulent chargebacks; manipulate referrals or promotions.
- Mislead or impersonate: Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authorization to act for another person or entity.
- Interfere with others’ use: Engage in activities that materially degrade Service quality for other users (e.g., deliberate saturation, automated reconnect loops).
4) Fair Use & Concurrent Connections
- Your plan includes the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase.
- Access patterns inconsistent with normal household use (e.g., constant 24/7 streaming on multiple devices with frequent, widely distributed IP changes) may be considered abuse.
- We may apply temporary rate limiting, require additional verification, or suspend accounts that exceed or evade connection limits.
5) Device & App Requirements
- Use supported players and keep apps/devices updated.
- Choose the appropriate decoder (Hardware/HW+/Software) in your app to avoid codec issues.
- You must maintain adequate internet speed and stability and avoid using misconfigured proxies/routers that cause excessive reconnects.
6) Content, Licensing & Third‑Party Rights
- Channel line‑ups, quality, and availability are subject to change without notice.
- We do not claim ownership of third‑party channels, logos, or trademarks; they remain the property of their respective owners.
- If you are a rightsholder, please see our DMCA Policy for takedown procedures.
7) Security & Account Protection
- Keep your credentials private; do not post or send them to others.
- Use strong, unique passwords where applicable and secure your devices.
- Report suspected compromise to iptvheat.inc@gmail.com immediately so we can rotate credentials.
8) Enforcement & Consequences
We may take one or more actions, with or without notice, if we believe a violation occurred or is likely to occur:
- Warning or education on proper use.
- Session termination or temporary throttling/blocks.
- Suspension or termination of the account; device/MAC ban; IP blocks.
- Fee recovery for chargebacks or damages, where permitted.
- Referral to authorities or cooperation with law enforcement when required by law.
If we suspend or terminate in error, contact us to appeal within 7 days and we will review promptly.
9) Reporting Violations
If you believe this AUP is being violated, or you received a warning in error, email iptvheat.inc@gmail.com with details (order number, device, timestamps, screenshots/logs). We investigate in good faith.
10) No Emergency Services
The Service does not support or provide access to emergency services. Keep an alternative method to contact emergency services.
11) Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective date and, where required by law, we will notify you of material changes.
