This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for purchases made from iptvheat. It applies to all orders placed on our website or through our authorized channels.
Important: IPTV is a digital service delivered immediately after activation. Because access is provided digitally and can be consumed right away, refunds are limited and subject to the rules below.
1) Trials & Testing Before You Buy
- Where available, we offer trial access (“test line”) so you can verify compatibility (device/app/ISP speed) before purchasing a longer plan.
- Trials are non‑refundable. If a trial is not available in your region or at the time of purchase, please contact us to evaluate your setup.
2) General Refund Principles
We aim to be fair and transparent. As a rule:
- Refunds are not provided once a subscription is activated and credentials have been issued and used, except where required by law or under the exceptions in Section 3.
- If you are unsure about your setup or ISP, please start with a trial or a short‑term plan.
3) When We May Approve a Refund
We may approve a refund (full or partial) in the following situations:
- Non‑delivery of service: You paid, but no credentials were sent within a reasonable time and we could not deliver after you contacted support.
- Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate orders for the same account/period.
- Irreparable technical issues before meaningful use: Despite reasonable troubleshooting with our team (within 7 days of purchase), service never became usable on at least one supported app/device (see Section 7) and you did not consume a material portion of the service.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transaction: Supported by bank evidence or our investigation.
- Statutory rights: Where local consumer laws require a refund.
We may offer account credit or plan extension as an alternative remedy when appropriate (e.g., widespread outage).
4) When Refunds Are Not Available
A refund will not be issued if:
- Your internet speed/latency/Wi‑Fi is insufficient or unstable, or your ISP throttles/blocks IPTV and you decline to try reasonable remedies (VPN, Ethernet/5 GHz Wi‑Fi, DNS change).
- Your device/app is incompatible or misconfigured and you decline to try a supported alternative.
- Channels are temporarily unavailable, changed, or replaced (channel lineups can vary).
- You request a refund after substantial use (e.g., many hours of streaming or multiple days of access), except where required by law.
- You were banned/suspended for violating our Terms of Service (restreaming, sharing beyond plan limits, chargeback misuse, abuse).
- You purchased a promo/discounted/limited offer marked as non‑refundable.
5) EU/UK Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)
If you are in the EEA or UK, consumer law may provide a 14‑day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. However, for digital content:
- If you consent to immediate activation and acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery starts, you will not be entitled to a 14‑day cancellation after activation.
- If you do not consent to immediate activation, we will wait to activate your subscription; you may cancel within 14 days before activation for a full refund.
We will clearly present this acknowledgment during checkout where applicable.
6) How to Request a Refund
- Email iptvheat@gmail.com with subject Refund Request – [Order #].
- Include: order number, purchase date, email used at checkout, device/app, ISP, a short description of the issue, and screenshots or speed tests where relevant.
- If eligible, we’ll confirm approval and timing. If not, we’ll explain why and offer troubleshooting or alternatives.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).

7) Minimum Technical Requirements & Supported Apps
- Stable broadband: HD 10–15 Mbps, 4K 25–35 Mbps per device; prefer Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi.
- Compatible apps/players: TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV, GSE, VLC, or other mainstream Xtream/M3U players.
- If one app fails, you agree to test an alternative and try Hardware/HW+ decoder where available before a refund is considered.
8) Cancellations & Renewals
- Cancel anytime before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Unless required by law or covered by Section 3, we do not pro‑rate or refund unused time in the current period after activation.
9) Chargebacks
Please contact us first at iptvheat@gmail.com. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension while we investigate. If a chargeback is reversed in our favor, service may be restored at our discretion.
10) Downtime & Service Credits
While we strive for high availability, occasional maintenance or third‑party source issues can occur. For extended, confirmed outages, we may provide account credit/extension instead of refunds.
11) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or within the Service.
