These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, apps, and IPTV services, including subscriptions, software, electronic program guide (EPG), and related support (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence (typically 18+).
- You are responsible for: (a) providing accurate registration information; (b) keeping your password secure; (c) all activity under your account.
- We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion where we detect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
2) Description of the Services
- We provide access to IPTV streaming and related features, subject to your purchased plan and technical compatibility of your device(s) and internet connection.
- Availability varies by region, device, content rights, and network conditions. Specific channels, on‑demand items, bitrates, and EPG data may change or be discontinued at any time.
3) License & Acceptable Use
- We grant you a limited, personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access the Services for private, non‑commercial viewing.
- You agree not to:
- share, sell, resell, rent, or transfer your account or streams;
- bypass, remove, or circumvent DRM, access controls, or geo‑blocking;
- capture, record, restream, rebroadcast, or publicly perform the streams;
- probe, scan, or test the security or overload our infrastructure;
- use the Services in violation of law, copyright, or third‑party rights;
- automate access (bots/scrapers) except as permitted by us in writing.
- Concurrent connections / fair use. Your plan includes the number of simultaneous connections stated at purchase. Exceeding this or systematic account sharing may result in throttling, suspension, or termination.
4) Content & Intellectual Property
- All trademarks, logos, and content accessible via the Services remain the property of their respective owners and may be protected by copyright and other laws.
- Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted to you.
- We are not affiliated with any channel or broadcaster unless explicitly stated.
- If you believe content accessible via our Service infringes your rights, see Section 13 (Notices & Takedowns).
5) Devices, Software & Internet
- You are responsible for obtaining compatible devices, supported apps/players, and a stable broadband connection. Performance depends on your ISP, device, location, VPN/proxy usage, and network congestion.
- We may update or deprecate apps, protocols, or device support to improve security and performance.
6) Geographic Restrictions
- Certain content or features may be available only in specific territories due to licensing. You agree not to circumvent geographic restrictions.
7) Subscriptions, Billing & Taxes
- Auto‑renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
- Pricing. Prices may change; we will notify you of material changes as required by law.
- Payments. We process payments via third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and any unpaid amounts.
- Invoices/receipts are provided electronically. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
8) Trials, Promotions & Coupons
- Trials and promotional offers are subject to eligibility and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. If not canceled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then‑current rate.
9) Cancellations, Refunds & Chargebacks
- Cancel anytime from your account (or by contacting support) to stop future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Refunds. Digital services are generally non‑refundable once activated, except where required by law or if we are unable to deliver service after reasonable troubleshooting. We may offer a limited money‑back window for first‑time purchases—see our Refund Policy (if published) or contact support.
- Chargebacks. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to immediate account suspension to investigate potential fraud.
10) Service Changes & Maintenance
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, channels, or the Service (in whole or part) with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Where required by law, we will provide notice and, if applicable, a pro‑rata refund for prepaid, unused periods if the Service is discontinued entirely in your region.
11) Privacy
- Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Services, you consent to that processing.
12) Security & Anti‑Abuse
- We may use automated measures and logs (e.g., IP/device checks, concurrent session limits) to protect the Service and users from unauthorized access, fraud, or abuse. Attempted abuse may result in suspension or termination.
13) Notices & Takedowns (IP)
- If you are a rightsholder and believe material accessible via our Service infringes your rights, please send a detailed notice to iptvheat@gmail.com with: (a) your contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work(s); (c) the specific URL(s), channel ID, or stream identifier; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act.
- We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law and our policies.
14) Disclaimers
- THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation, specific channels, programs, events, or that any content will remain available.
15) Limitation of Liability
- TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY: (A) INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; OR (B) LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES IN ANY 12‑MONTH PERIOD SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES DURING THAT PERIOD.
16) Indemnification
- You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) misuse of the Services; or (c) violation of law or third‑party rights.
17) Termination
- You may stop using the Services at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you materially breach these Terms (e.g., restreaming, sharing credentials, payment fraud, or rights infringement).
- Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease using the Services. Sections intended to survive (e.g., 9, 11, 14–20) shall survive termination.
18) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: [Insert governing law and country/state—e.g., “Laws of [Country/State], without regard to conflicts of laws.”]
- Venue: [Insert exclusive venue/courts or arbitration forum.]
- Where permitted by law, disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive participation in class or representative actions.
- Consumers in the EEA/UK may have mandatory local consumer protections that prevail over this Section.
19) Force Majeure
- We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure, internet/telecom outages, power failures, acts of government, labor disputes, or cyberattacks.
20) Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and adjust the “Effective date.” If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in‑Service). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
21) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement. These Terms and any referenced policies (e.g., Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cookie Policy) constitute the entire agreement.
- Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
- Notices. We may send notices to your account email; you must keep it current.
